Project Introduction
Vibration testing is to manually simulate the impact of various vibration environments encountered by products (general electrical and electronic products) in the laboratory during storage, transportation, installation and use. It is used to evaluate whether the product can withstand various environmental vibrations, whether it can be used normally without failure.
Test purpose
Vibration testing can analyze and evaluate the reliability of the product before it is officially released from the factory, reduce the probability of defective products appearing later, and also determine the requirements for product design and function.
Application scope
There is a lot of demand for vibration testing of electrical and electronic products, because most electronic products are precision products, such as mobile phones, tablets, etc. The internal structure and devices are relatively precise, and the vibration environment has a great impact on them. It is necessary to ensure the impact of vibration factors on product reliability.
Vibration test classification
Reliability vibration tests are generally divided into two types, sinusoidal vibration test and random vibration test. Sine vibration is a test method commonly used in laboratories. It mainly simulates the vibration generated by rotation, pulsation, oscillation (which occurs on ships, aircraft, vehicles, and space aircraft), as well as product structure resonance frequency analysis and resonance point residency verification. It is divided into sweep frequency vibration and fixed frequency vibration. The severity depends on the frequency range, amplitude value, and test duration. Random vibrations simulate the shock resistance strength evaluation of the product's overall structure and the delivery environment in the packaging state. The severity depends on the frequency range, GRMS, test duration and axial direction.
1. Sine vibration test: This test applies sinusoidal vibration to the test piece, which can be a sine fixed frequency or a sine sweep vibration test.
2. Random vibration test: This test applies random vibration to the test piece. According to the frequency width of the random vibration, it is divided into broadband random vibration test and narrowband random vibration test.
