Project Introduction
The wear resistance tester uses a special paper tape as a friction medium and acts on the friction head with a fixed load. The friction head drives the rotating paper tape through the fixed diameter roller and the fixed speed motor to continuously apply the force to the surface of the sample until the surface substrate is seen or a specific wear level is reached. The friction resistance performance of the sample is evaluated by the number of motor rotation times displayed by the counter.
Application scope
Paper tape wear resistance tester is suitable for wear resistance tests in various surface coatings (electroplating, paint, silk screening, etc.). After rolling unoiled paper or tape to rub against the sample, it can determine the wear effect after a certain number of rotations.
